In case client would like to register his copyright for logo in Vietnam, client should provide us the following documents:
I. REQUIRED INFORMATION AND DOCUMENTS
- 02 copies of Certificate of Business Registration of the owner (for per Logo)
- 02 copies of the author’s ID or passport (for per Logo)
- 02 power of attorney (for per Logo)
- 02 printings of the Logo that seek protection (For per Logo)
- 02 declarations of the author (for per Logo)
II. AUTHORIZED WORKS OF SBLAW
– Providing legal advice on registrability of the applied works in accordance with the Copyright Law of Vietnam;
– Preparing all necessary forms/documents for the CLIENT’s execution;
– Preparing the dossier and filing the same with the Copyright Office of Vietnam;
– Reporting and pursuing the application until receiving official Notification by the Copyright Office on the registrability of the applied works.
– Sending the original certificates to the CLIENT.
